As per the provisions of Section 4( 1) of the Citizenship Act, 1955-- Birth of every youngster birthed abroad must be registered with the Consulate, within one year from the day of birth of the youngster. Only after registration of birth as Indian resident, the child comes to be citizen of India as well as eligible for Passport or any kind of other services made to Indian people.

Replicate of Birth Certificate of youngster provided by Ministry of Health, UAE Government-- With English translation appropriately proved by MOFA as well as MOHA, UAE Government.
Copy of the Passport & Visa of both the moms and dads;.
Copy of the Marriage Certificate of the moms and dads;.
Passport Application for brand-new birthed kid;.
Duplicate of Emirates IDs of both moms and dads;.
